Nobody says it out loud

They don't have to.

Your emails start getting picked apart. A meeting you used to run goes on without you. Someone mentions "coverage" in a way that lands on you. None of it breaks a policy on its own. That's the point. It's built to be easy to explain away.

Scrutiny goes up

Emails get corrected, copied to HR, or answered in writing only.

The review shifts

Strong ratings turn vague. "Reliability." "Availability." "Commitment."

The request stalls

"Still reviewing." No timeline. New forms you've never heard of.

Work moves away

Projects, clients or travel quietly reassigned "to help you."

Your schedule becomes the topic

Coverage, the team "stepping up," fairness to everyone else.

A meeting with no agenda

Short notice. Your manager and HR both on the invite.

One of these can have an ordinary explanation. Two or three after your request is a pattern. The kit shows you how to write each one down so it holds up later.

What's inside

Questions

Before you download

Is this legal advice?

No. HR Armor is strategy and education. The kit shows you how the process works from the HR side and how to keep your own record. For legal advice about your situation, talk to an employment attorney.

Do I have to tell you about my condition?

No. The kit never asks, and neither do I. You'll actually see why your diagnosis usually stays out of emails to your manager.

I haven't asked yet. Is this still for me?

Yes. Read Step 1 before you ask. The date and the wording of the request matter more than almost anything that comes after.

Something already happened. A PIP, a write-up, a meeting. Now what?

Get the kit, then reply to the email it comes in and tell me the date you asked and what changed after. If there's a meeting or deadline this week, say that first.

Why a personal email?

Same reason the kit tells you to keep your notes off company systems. Your record should live somewhere only you control.

Most people wait until it's obvious.

By then the file is already written. Start yours now.
